The Partial Solar Eclipse and the Ecliptic Armilla Are In Contact

The Partial Solar Eclipse happened in Beijing on August 1st 2008. Amongst the processes, the partial solar eclipse is contacting to the ecliptic armilla built in 1673 which can measure the ecliptic longitude difference and latitudes of celestial bodies. The ecliptic armilla is located on the Beijing Ancient Observatory surrounded by many modern skyscrapers in the center of Beijing.
